History of WinCo Foods

A popular pizza and fast-casual restaurant. WinCo was founded by four brothers who opened their first Denver stores in 1993 as the store “WinCo Frozen Pizza.” Their concept was that each store would have a pizza to order at a specified window. They expanded the concept to include fast-casual restaurants on the east and west faces of the stores for delivery by air. WinCo expanded and opened a second location in 2015 and a third in Albuquerque.

    1. I understand that during this COVID-19 pandemic they restrict consumer purchases. You strive to keep the place running smoothly and let people in accordingly, leaving a line outside. Winco has many nice choices and never deceives. Your range of drinks is fantastic and you were shocked to find Quest Chips. My story is certainly food.

    2. I called Winco to see if during the pandemic special hours were open to the disabled and elderly. The woman to whom I spoke was absolutely not respectful to say! To find out and have the same attitude I called the office. I suppose I’ll need to find somewhere else to shop because I’m an elderly handicapped person!
