I took money from my account to pay for another account with which I should never have been associated, I never got paper to let me know about how much it was. I asked to delete my SS #, and they refuse to give me any documents on it and refuse … I have also had eight new debit cards for suspect activity that I never saw, and they have canceled one of my cards and told me they were robbed even if I still have that card and never reported it as being stolen … Do not use it for banking!
Any of the departments and telephone staff are really hard to deal with and only ask what you want and want to hear. For more than a month we have been trying to obtain ordered checks for our account, and time after time. Sadly, they just seem to be a reckless bank that does not know anything about how to do business. For anything as basic as ordered tests, we’re at our end pretty much.
